What is a Witch’s Bottle? A witch’s bottle is a magical tool created as protection against malevolent witchcraft, negative actions and ill-wishing.

Known for their protective properties, Witch’s Bottles were most commonly used in both England and the United States. First recorded in 17th century England, the Witch’s Bottle is essentially a sealable jar or bottle that contains an intention, wish or spell imbued with the intention to do good, offer protection or instigate necessary but positive change.
