Description

Legend has it that all dreams-both good and bad-are drawn instinctively to the Dream Catcher’s web, with only the positive, uplifting, promising, life-affirming dreams given the opportunity to pass through to be realised by the Dreamer. Negative dreams that threaten, overshadow, cause fear or create confusion are trapped in the web, unable to move one way or another-and there they remain until the sunrises, banishing the darkness of the night before. As the sun’s first rays touch the web, the negative dreams are transformed into morning dew, that trickles down the web to be purified by the feathers bound to the web’s frame, before falling to the ground, never to return. Add to that the powerfully protective energies and medicine of the evil eye, or ‘Nazar’, a 5000year old symbol said to vanquish and defy evil forces and negative energy, and to return it to whence it came. The addition of an evil eye talisman effectively transforms the Dream Catcher into a powerful medicine shield that effectively blankets us, our family, and our home in watchful, protective, reassuring energy
